This weekend has been one to remember we have entertained groups of all shapes and sizes from all accross the country, firstly we started off with Trevor and the lads who were with us Canyoning in the Brecon beacons National Park in the waterfalls region, the weather was beautiful if not a little chilly in the morning. We started off with our brief and quickly headed off into the mountain to take our first dip in the river and for the first time this year cool down. As the rivers only ever reach 8 degrees then cool is the main word but we were wearing thick wetsuits so everything was good The lads were on a long weekend breach on a stag activity weekend in Cardiff staying in the center and making the most of the beautifull surroundings of Cardiff and South Wales.After they had finished the boys headed off into the city centre for a big night out on the tiles.

On Sunday we headed off into the mountains again with a Junior Rugby team from Cheltenham, but when we met you really wouldn't say they were Junior, most were bigger than the staff. We met early again and headed off to the waterfalls region for a day of Gorge walking fun and games. The lads were excellent and really enjoyed there day of fun and adventure, jumping, crawling, traversing, climbs and playing in the waterfalls.

Next on the agenda we have Alvin and a group of 7 Guys and Gals Surfing on Friday on the beautiful beaches of Porthcawl, they will be starting early due to the tides and trying to get some serious surf action in the following day they will be with us in the mountains again Gorge Scrambling with their instructors Jacob and Jarrod.

Saturday also brings Richard and the lads on their Cardiff Stag Weekend full of Activity and Adventure, they are with us Coasteering on the beautiful Ogmore Coastline again starting early due to the tides, their instructor is Lee and they will be staying in the Wynford Hotel in Cardiff City Center and extra curiculum activities in Cardiff.
