As a center and organiser of group and individual out door activities for the past 15 years we have taken people all accross the world on all type's of amazing activities. We have taken people coasteering which involves traversing along cliff faces, swimming in the wild sea's, exploring sea cave systems and jumping off cliff ledges into the beautifull water. We have activite with thousands of people and groups including Stag Parties staying in Cardiff and Swansea, hen Weekends, Youth Groups, Corporate institutions, individuals, Famlies and all types of people.

Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Gorge Scrambling are also other main activites we have offered to all these people and groups Jumping, swimming, scrambling, traversing, climbing amazing activities in unbelievable places here in our beautifull country and accross this amazing world.

Surfing, Kayaking, Raft Building, Beach Days all these events giving people a taste of the amazing country we live in with its beautifull landscape and natural enviroment. Keeping people active and feeling exhilarated and alive.

In all our time as a company we have never had a serious injury, never caused anyone harm or put them in adverse danger, we are highly trained, fit and professionals. But our industry is under attack, everything we do has a controlled risk, an element of danger, and all individuals must understand this, we can fall and hurt ourselves in our houses or walking down the road, so adding to the risk factor has to have the understanding that as an individual a person accepts these risks and being the professionals we are we will try and crontrol and limit the risks to a point beyond our control, its an adventure, lets all get involved and enjoy the ride.
