Winters definitely here now but that doesn't stop us from getting in the water. Were out and about Gorge walking and canyoning this week with Paul and the boys coming to us from all over the country and on their big stag weekend in Cardiff.

Were out on the Sychrd Gorge on Friday afternoon to get wet and wild in the Brecon Beacons, with the usual jumps, thrills and spills we always get on the gorge.

The guys are then up for a massive weekend of frivolity with some saucy events planned, they are out in Cardiff on the Friday and the Saturday big style, bars, beers and babes as they put it, I just don't know what they would entail, I can only wonder.
