There is little chance of rain again accross the South Wales region, rivers are very low, infact the lowest I have know over the past few years, all gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning are acceptable in areas close to Cardiff, Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and Porthcawl. Watch out for river levels some jumps will be swallower than normal.

Huge week again, the sun is out the conditions are good for gorge walking events and coasteering and everyone wants to get in on the adventure with our outdoor activities. We are hosting several groups this weekend including Luke and the lads on their Stag weekend in Cardiff, Eva and the gang coming from overseas to head into the mountains Canyoning.
