Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales:    At last the rain has subsided for a while and the rivers are running perfectly across the region. All across South Wales close to Cardiff, Swansea, brecon the water levels on the rivers are at their optimum hight for Gorge Walking and Canyoning events. The rivers are still high due to the saturation of the ground throughout the region but still at the optium level. Keep an eye on the rain fall due to the fact that the rivers are high, a deluge may raise the levels beyond safe levels. But while the sun shine enjoy.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales   Yet again the swell is big throughout the cliffs and coastline of South Wales including Ogmore by sea by Cardiff and Caswell bay in Swansea. Therefore unfortunately the conditions for Coasteering are still not suitable to run a safe event. The best option would be to head to West Wales to aberiffy and the blue hole which are more protected locations.

Surfing, Surf Kayaking, Beach Activities and Paddle Boarding well well well this could be an epic week for Surfing, Surf Kayaking and paddle boarding. The swell is in most part huge throughout the week and looking good for most beaches. Monday could be epic the swell you wait all year for, this will be affected by the wind though, so watch the weather. The swell is definately there just need to see the wind direction and strength to decide which beaches to use Coney on strong south westerlies and Caswell and Langland.

Outdoor Activities, Adventure and Events  -   Outdoor adventures and activities including Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Coasteering, Surfing and Coasteering are fantastic through out the year. Winter brings a different element, the rivers are higher and faster, the swell is bigger, the waters colder, the mountains are snow capped and the adventure is heightened. We are booking now for the season with Stag groups in Cardiff, Hen parties in south Wales, youth groups in Porthcawl and corporate parties in South Wales. So let the games begin and just remeber to bring your flask of coffee to warm the sole after making the leap into the unknown.
