Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales:    The rain has at last calmed down, the rivers are still very high all over the region and the waterfalls are definitely in full flow. The good news is that the rivers are on the acceptable level to conduct the activities on both the Mellte and the Sychryd Gorges, the closest areas to Cardiff and Swansea for Canyoning and Gorge Walking. The weather is cold though and the rivers are always cold. So make sure you have the right protective clothing and the right 1st aid and evacuation protocals in place in case of any accidents, slips, trips or falls. In all honesty you should really be with an expert guide or instructor, especially this time of year and with the water levels so high.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales   Still not looking good at all, the wind and the swell are high again this week as they have been for several weeks, so Coasteering in the local South Wales area is looking to volatile again this week. The swell looks to be dropping and the wind so hopefully there will be suitable conditons later in the month. As always we'll keep you informed and up to date with the conditions report.

Surfing, Surf Kayaking, Beach Activities and Paddle Boarding Surfing in the local areas in South Wales, Cardiff and Swansea is all about the wind and tide now. The swell is nice and travelled and clean across the area including Porthcawl, Aberavon, Swansea, Cardiff, Llantwit Major. The main thing that will affect this is the wind blowing certain beaches out across the region, so keep an eye on the tides and the wind to get the best option of beaches and swells.

Outdoor Activities, Adventure and Events  -   Were very much back in the mix and back in action, we are away this weekend into the mountains training and updating our skills again. We are heading up to the Brecon Beacons for Gorge Walking and Canyoning Training, we will also be heading down to the coast in Ogmore to train for our Sea Survival skills. Bookings are now coming in thick and fast for our activities with the usual array of Stag weekends in Cardiff and Hen parties, as well as youth groups, corporates and individuals to sample the amazing events we have to offer in South Wales.
