Levels of 0.495 meters on the Mellte would be suitable for the gorge activities. River levels will have to be monitored constantly to asses suitability for the events. Canyoning may not be suitable but gorge walking and scrambling levels are looking suitable for the next few days. Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 24th October 2022 - The wind and the swell conditions are proving unsuitable for coasteering, high winds and big swells will create volatile conditions across the region and not suitable for the next few days.
