All gorge walking, gorge scrambling, Canyoning activities are suitable across the Brecon Beacons waterfalls region close to Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Carmarthen and across South Wales . River levels must be assessed constantly to make sure there are safe water levels in the region for the events. Winds will be lighter and swells lower, other days may be more suitable for experienced coasteers. All sites are affected close to Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire, Ogmore by Sea. The sea conditions will be suitable mainly 2 - 3 hours before the high tide and 1 hour after high tide.
