OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, BRECON BEACONS, SOUTH WALES REPORT SUMMARY - Outdoor adventure activities are looking good this week across the South Wales region. Canyoning, gorge scrambling, gorge walking and all running well but we could do with more rain over the coming days to raise the river levels. Coasteering is a definite no go with big swell and surf as well as stormy seas. Several groups this week with the bank holiday weekend several stag groups staying in Cardiff and Swansea as well as people from across the country trying out the adventure and activity here in South Wales. Surf should also be good on the protected beaches with high Westerly winds and swells forecast through out the week across the South Wales region.
