Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 14th January 2021 - Rivers are high at the moment on .579 meters. There is rain due and the rivers will start to rise further. As rivers swell Canyoning will be unacceptable due to the higher levels of water flow making conditions unsafe. Gorge walking and gorge scrambling are acceptable at the moment but this may change as the rivers get higher with further incoming rainfall expected. The land is also saturated so must keep aware of any further levels of rain in the area. Site next to Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Neath, Port Talbot are all under the same conditions. The conditions will be volatile for the next few days, the only possibility may be protected areas such as cold knap in Barry on the full tide.
