Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 09th December 2020 - Good conditions again for the next few days around the gorges in South Wales especially in the Mellte and Sychryd Gorges with dry conditions and then later through the week rainfall predicted. Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and Canyoning events are all at suitable levels and should be good for the next few days. Rain coming in from Friday and then heavier on Sunday and continuous through the rest of the week. The government lockdown policies are now changing daily and there are new restrictions on several sites, please follow the government legislation and restrictions for the day.

Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 09th December 2020 - High winds and large swells will affect the coasteering conditions again this week. There will be very hard conditions with the weather, wind and swell. There will be definitely no coasteering in South Wales around the Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Llanelli areas with the larger swells predicted. Open Water Sea Swimming Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales 09th December 2020 - Conditions close to Cardiff, Barry, Llantwit Major, Porthcawl, Swansea will be turbulent with the high winds and big swells. Need to head to to sheltered bays but with the winds coming from different directions and larger swells. Possible best areas would be Whitmore Bay and Cold Knap. SEA STATE and SWELL - Moderately rough seas for the next few days, winds will be predominantly Westerly and South Westerly creating choppier sea conditions throughout South Wales. Winds generally around the 25 - 30 mph range and definite white horses and choppy conditions.
