We are a little more relaxed this weekend, we are off up the mountains at Pen Y fan with Nicola and the Girls who are having their hen party weekend in Cardiff. They are staying at the marriott hotel in the center of Cardiff where they are based for the weekend and then we are picking them up from the hotel for their mountain adventure.

Pen Y fan is the highest mountain in Southern britain and attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world, we are so blessed here is south wales with the sea and the mountains this is why we have so much adventure like coasteering, gorgewalking, canyoning, surfing, trekking, climbing, kayaking, you name it and we have it on our door step.

We also have Jamie and the lads with us on their big stag weekend adventure in Cardiff, they are staying at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Cardiff and are Coasteering with us on the saturday morning.

Both groups will then be heading off to the bright lights of Cardiff city center for their Stag and Hen weekend Parties, we will keep you informed as always on facebook with all the picture from the events.
