Had a fantastic weekend on the gorge, wit our gorgewalking instructor training day. Twice a year we make sure all our instructors are fully trained and upto date on the practices of running a leading the gorge walking activities and working in compliance of the forestery commision and the concordact agreement.

Mat, Dyfedd and Rob came from Cardiff, Jason, Jacob, Greg, Stuart came from Swansea, Lee, Jarrod came from porthcawl and Ray from Ogmore. It is the start of the season and the gorge was quite, accept for us and a couple of other groups with stag parties. Stag Parties and Hen Parties are the main groups next to schools and colleges on the gorge and they all have a fantastic time, running, crawling, leaping, shouting, screaming and jumping through the amazing scenery of the waterfalls.

We have our next session up there next week when joe and the boys are staying in Cardiff on a big Stag weekend and then off into st marys street for a big night out. Cardiff is becoming the stag and hen capital world at the moment with its amazing nightlife, stunning beaches and spectacular mountain adventures.
