We are now truly into the autumn and the weather is still very mild but the rivers are now up and running, we have had alot of rain fall over the past few days and this has made the rivers fly. Its amazing weather for gorge walking and canyoning as the rivers flow and the waterfalls look spectacular.

Doug and the lads are staying in Cardiff City Center on their stag weekend, they are staying at the Best Western where they will be picked up from at 11.15am in the morning to make their trip up to the gorge walking meeting place. We will meet up and get suited in ou wetsuits, bouyancy aids and helmets and briefed on the canyoning activity.

We will then head off to the gorge with their instructors Lee and Jarrod for an exhilarating event with the rivers flowing. the jumps and the waterfalls are going to be epic.

After the canyoning event the lads will then be heading off back to Cardiff City Center for their Big Stag weekend in Cardiff night out, they will start on St Marys Street and head off into the bright lights of the city center.
