On Friday we had the boys and girls from Turley associates based in Cardiff and in Bristol for a Castaway team building activity, headed by the ever vijulant Clare and her merry band of followers.

The group turned up to the center in porthcawl at 12 noon to get their breif on what lay ahead, some of the guys were getting the train in from bristol and offeres atteneding from Cardiff.

We haeded off to the sandunes of Merthry Mawr to orientate accross the sandunes and head into the woods to source food, we lit fires and sourced water all in the aim of survival.

To escape the island the team built their rafts and headed onto the high seas to battle each offer for the final prize of the day.

The guys then headed off into Cardiff bay for a hearty meal and refreshments and to sing heartily into the night, a fantastic day was had by all and the pictures to prove are now posted onto Quest Adventures Facebook site, have a look and see.
