Canyoning, Gorge Walking and Gorge Scrambling near Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales again are looking perfect, the rivers are flowing beautifully, the waterfalls are in full bloom, the tree canapies are in full cover, its the perfect time for the Gorges and all activities. there is a constant flow of water in the rivers and there has been no storm damage for some time, so get on your wetsuits, BAs and helmets and get in the Gorges it s the perfect place to spend your week.

Coasteering near Cardiff and in Swansea is also looking good this week especially for Thursday when the surf is dropping and so is the wind, the tides are early so need to be on site early mornings to get the flood of the tide. The swell is consistant and the wind is mainly light in most parts. This could be the best time to go in the past few weeks, but be warned the Sea is still cold so good wetsuits, boots, hoods and gloves are required for the event

Surfing and Surf Kayaking in the South Wales region is looking very good indeed, the swell is consistently 2 and 3 foot through out the week and the waves are well formed with the perfect wave period. Again tides are early so need to be on the beach in the morning to make the most of the action. The wind is light and the ground swell is good so in all should be a good week surfing and surf kayaking.

This week we are on our activities with Tim and his group from London on their Stag weekend in Cardiff, they will be with us on Saturday morning for the day in the mountains and in the Sea.
