Well how do we predict this one! The wind is blowing all over the place North, South, East and West across South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and Porthcawl. The main prediction is that the Rivers are looking good for the Canyoning and the Gorge Walking activities across the region. In fact this is really the only Activity we can predict at the moment. The closest sights to Swansea and Cardiff are the Mellte and Sychryd Rivers by Glyn Neath for both Canyoning and Gorge Walking and depending on the Rainfall they are all looking perfect.
Coasteering is another matter by Swansea and Cardiff, both areas are looking volatile with swells and wind unpredictable at the moment, the best possible day may be Thursday early morning on the high tide at Ogmore Deeps by 30 minutes from Cardiff City Centre and Caswell bay, 20 minutes from Swansea City Centre.
Surfing is also looking very unpredictable with the swell and the wind changes, its a option to watch the weather everyday and pick a beach on the wind and tide. Tides are early mornings so check Coney Beach and Rest Bay in Porthcawl the closest sight to Cardiff and Caswell, Langland and Llangenith in Swansea, could even be the best option to look at Aberavon in Port Talbot.
So overall the best day could be Thursday for all activities across South Wales, just keep checking wind, swell, rain and Tide.
