Can you belive the weather everything is amazing exept the surfing at the moment, evan the diving in the channel is stunning. We are up to an awfull lot this week, firstly we are diving off sker point in the Channel with Greg, Lyle and Rose studying the amazing coastal life of sker point.

Next we are Kayaking with a group from Cardiff, we will be heading from Newton Beach over to Ogmore with the Guys, stopping off to chill out and take in the scenery.We are then Kayaking again with a group from swansea heading off from Coney Beach round to Newton and Over to Ogmore.

Finnally we will be with Joshua and the lads on their Stag weekend in Cardiff, they are staying at the Wynford Hotel in Cardiff City Center. we are picking them up at 8.15am then heading off to the Canyoning Site in the Brecon Beacons. From their we will get them kitted up and head off for their adventure. Lee and Jarrod will be with them on the day to assist them on their adventure. Once they have finished they will be heading into Cardiff City Center for a crazy night out on the tiles.

We also have with us sarah and they little ones with us Gorgewalking for he first time, they are with us on friday and we will have the pictures to prove their great day out
