Gary, Mark and Helen are with us on the weekend on their stag and hen parties in Cardiff. They are canyoning and gorgewalking in the brecon beacons on saturday and sunday. First we have Gary and the lads they are meeting up with us in the morning and heading up to the gorgewalking area where we will get breifed and suited for the event. They have arranged a massive stag party event in Cardiff City Center where they are off to greyfriars road and tiger tiger for their big cardiff night out.

Mark and the lads are then canyoning in the mellte gorge in the brecon beacons, we are meeting them in the afternoon and getting ready for the big event. Canyoning is the bigger, badder version of Gorgewalking and has teh bigger jumps thrills and spills. After their big event the lads will be heading off into Cardiff City Centrer and to Oceana where we have arranged a VIP area for them for the stag night.

Finally we have Helen and the girls on their Hen Party weekend in Cardiff, they will be gorgewalking in the morning then heading off onto the gorgewalking site for a big splash down in the plunge pools of the brecon beacons.
