As last week there is big swell and surf all over the region from Barry, Cardiff, Llantwit Major, Southerndown, Porthcawl, Aberavon, Swansea, Llanelli, its just finding the right place and the right time, winds are big as well as the swell, best areas will be the protected sites facing south or south west and on the incoming and dropping tides. Definitely need to keep checking the wind and weather reports, could be epic on some protected beaches from mainly Westerly and South Westerly winds
