The swell in South Wales on beaches local to Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, Llantwit Major is big and very blustery there may be swell on protected beaches but it will be cold and very turbulent, watch the wind and tides, better swell about 4 hours past low tide on the push and more protected. Need to look for the drop in the winds into the week and the push on the tide the swell is there but so is the wind and its going to be cold with air coming in from the North.
The weather has been crazy over the last few days here in South Wales and especially in Cardiff, Swansea and Porthcawl where we are based. Rain, Hail, Snow, Wind, Sleet you name it and we have had it, which is great for our mountain activities, the worse the weather the greater the mountain challenge, makes Pen Y fan look like K2, so bring it on, its the beauty of our natural environment here in Wales beaches, Sea, Cliffs, Mountains, rivers you name it we have it and thats where the adventure begins.
