Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales:   Rain, Rain and more rain forcaste for the next few days, with the rivers already swollen and the ground saturated this could mean the rivers will be to high for Canyoning and Gorge Walking over the next couple of days. However the weekend and onwards is looking good. There is a dryer period on its way so the rivers should be perfect into next week for all Gorge Waling related events. In fact the conditions are looking perfect with the waterfalls in full flow. This is also a great time and look at the falls themselves in all there glory, they are magnificent at the moment but be careful as they are also volatile.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales  I really do not know what to say, it has been weeks wher the swell has been huge and so has the wind. There has been no Coasteering close to Cardiff or Swansea over the last couple of weeks. With the conditions so volatile it is definitely not safe to get in the water around the rocks and the cliffs for the event, so stay safe and go surf.

Surfing, Surf Kayaking and Paddle Boarding - Swell is big again this next week or two but the wind is hanging around as well. The wind is all important at the moment and the direction it is coming from. There are big South westerlies at the moment which means beaches such as Rest Bay in Porthcawl nearest to Cardiff and Llangenith nearest to Swansea will probably be blown out, so again look at the protected beaches such as Coney in Porthcawl and Caswell and langland in Swansea.

Events and Activities -  Our Stag Weekend adventures and activities have been a huge success again this year and were getting ready for 2016. Stag and Hen groups visiting Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales have been a big attraction this year with groups of men and ladies looking for the beauty and splendour of the coastlines and Mountains of South Wales and the night-life that the coastal cities have to offer. The programme for 2016 is looking even better and better with Stag and hen parties booking early for next year. As always we'll keep you up to date and informed with all the action and adventure.
