Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales: Oh yes, we prayed for Rain and we got rain, the water has been flowing all week, the waterfalls and in full flow and the rivers are swelling at the banks, basically the conditions are perfect for all Gorge based activities and on all rivers including the Mellte and the Sychryd. The rain has been long coming and now it has definitely arrived and greatly welcome for all Gorge and Canyon based enthusiasts.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales - Coasteering in the region is also working well this week, the swell is down on certain days through the week and so is the wind, so could have great conditions for the activity. The tide, wind and swell are the critical factors to make the event safe and these are looking favourable on certain days through the week, so keep an eye on the conditions.

Surfing and Surf Kayaking - Well for the first tie in a long time the swell is low this week so surfing is not looking great accross the region, the only chance may be Rest Bay in Porthcawl and llangenith in Swansea, these beaches are westerly facing and will pick up any of the Westerly Swells coming through.

Events and Activities - The summer holidays are in full flow and so are our activities, we are constantly on the Canyoning , Coasteering, Surfing, Kayaking, Beach Games and all our events with Stag Groups, Scouts, Cadets, Families, Hen Parties and all sorts of people loving the water and the outdoor from all over the country.
