This is definitely a challenge to predict for the next couple of days, the rivers are fairly high and there is rain forecast in Brecon, Cardiff, Swansea, Neath, Glyn Neath, Aberdare for the next day and heavy in stages, this will pick the rivers up and soak into the surrounding land areas. The river level could be high today but then drop to a good level of .5 meters for the next few days, this would be prefect for gorge walking, canyoning, gorge scrambling and all related gorge activities.

There may be the possibility for coasteering on site close to Cardiff, Porthcawl, Swansea and Stackpole quay over the next few days. The swell at its lowest is 2ft and its highest in the week 6ft, if the wind turns offshore Easterly or Northeasterly over the next few days with the low swell then coasteering would definitely be a possibility. Best time would be to 3pm on the incoming tides on most local areas.

Surf will be smaller this week due to the small swells also maybe quite messy in places, so a mixed bag on local beaches in Llantwit Major, Southerndown, Porthcawl, Aberdare, Best times will be on the incoming tides at 3pm onwards on most local sites. Best day will be Wednesday next week.

Huge weekend of activities with groups from all over the country joining in the fun and adventure, the rivers are high and the swell is good. We will be hosting Duncan, Tom and David on their stag weekends in Cardiff heading off to the gorge walking sites to take part in Canyoning. We also have Nick and the lads on their outdoor activity weekend joining in the Canyoning adventure.
