PREDICTED 72 REPORT
We have had continuous rain through the week, this has mainly been soaked up into the land and the river levels are perfect for all gorge walking, Canyoning, gorge scrambling conditions. The land is far wetter after the dry spell and the tree's are less likely to drop into the rivers causing strainers and hazards. Heavy rain on Sunday will peak the river levels then drop off for the rest of the week. Should be good for all gorge activities after the initial heavy downpour on Sunday.

Swell this morning was 2-3 foot and clean in sets, will drop off with out going tide, pick up again later with in coming tides. The weekend is big and blustery so need to head for sheltered areas such as Coney Beach, Mewslade, Langland in the Porthcawl and Swansea areas.
