The swell and surf will be at its maximum on Thursday and then dropping off through the week then picking back up on Tuesday. There are strong offshore winds which will mean hard to drop the face on Westerly beaches and cold.

Looking good all over for all activities especially canyoning, gorge walking, gorge scrambling, coasteering, kayaking and lesser for surfing until later in the week.
This weekend we are visited by Phil and Billy both on stag weekends in Cardiff, Phil will be with us with 15 of the lads for gorge walking and Billy will be heading off into the mountains for Canyoning and the conditions are looking perfect.
