SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES
Good swell again all week but strong winds especially from the South and the West. Need to head for the sheltered bays such as Coney Beach, Langland, Caswell to get the better surfing conditions.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES REPORT SOUTH WALES, CARDIFF, SWANSEA
Fantastic week again for gorge activities with the winter mountains and flowing rivers, we have Chris and the lads on their Stag weekend in Cardiff gorge scrambling on Saturday. Coasteering is not looking so good with big wind and swell but should be some good surf around all week.
