Looks like good conditions for coasteering over the next few days, especially sites close to Cardiff, Porthcawl, Swansea areas, the swells are small and the winds are light so perfect conditions for coasteering. Low swell and light winds, the only possibility of surf would be on the incoming tides around 3 hours before the high tide, especially on the beaches in LLantwit major, Southerndown and Porthcawl. Swell is picking up later in the week but so is the wind.
Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities
This week has been manic and amazing, people from all over the land have come to South Wales to take part in the adventure especially coasteering, gorge walking, canyoning, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and the conditions have been perfect. The next few days we have Stag groups from Cardiff, Hen groups from Swansea and family groups from all over the country.
On Sunday we will be running the annual Mountain Rescue Evacuation workshop with teams of instructors, guides, mountain rescue and Helicopter rescue personnel.
