Rivers have been running low for several days and the waterfalls and rivers are flowing at safe levels. All areas close to Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons, Porthcawl, camarthenshire have suitable conditions for the activities and look suitable for the next few days and over the weekend. River levels must be assessed constantly to make sure there are safe water levels in the region for the events. Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 29th March 2022 - Conditions are looking good for coasteering accross South Wales including sites close to Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, Camarthenshire all have good conditions for the next few days. The swell is low, the wind is calmer however certain days will have higher winds effecting inshore conditions, overall coasteering conditions will be good. The sea conditions will be suitable mainly 2 hours before the high tide and 1 hour after high tide.
