Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 29.08.2020 - River levels have been high for the last few days, high rainfall and hard surfaces have meant flowing rivers throughout the region. The next few days should be good for gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning with good river levels through out. There is a lot of debris in the rivers so high caution should be taken.
The government lockdown is now lifting so activities will be allowable but under the government restrictions and guidelines
Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 29.08.2020 - Sunday and Monday should be the better days for coasteering especially Sunday when the winds will be northerly and the swell will be very low. The rest of the days may be volatile as the swell and the winds heightened through the other days.

SEA STATE and SWELL - Sea State should be quite calm for the next few days with mainly Northerly winds and moderate strengths. The rougher days will be Wednesday through to Friday with higher Southerly winds developing throughout the region.
