GORGE WALKING, CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING CARDIFF AND SWANSEA PREDICTED REPORT - All gorge activities will be acceptable this week with the only issue of rivers running low across the area. Really could do with a good downpour to get the rivers moving again. Lowest recorded levels of .18 meters this week and not looking to change. Gorge walking, Gorge Scrambling and Canyoning are all good, extra caution must be taken for debris from falling trees and stones with the dry conditions.

COASTEERING CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, CARMARTHEN PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT - This week is not looking good for Coasteering, the swell is big through the week which would make conditions unsuitable. OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, BRECON BEACONS, SOUTH WALES REPORT SUMMARY - Good conditions for Canyoning, Gorge Walking and Gorge Scrambling this week. We have Michael and the group on their Stag weekend in Cardiff who are with us Canyoning on Saturday after a big week of Outdoor activities and events. Coasteering is not looking good until next week when there may be good conditions on Monday and possibly Tuesday. The surf is looking very good for the next few days with big swells and lighter winds.
