The swell is not as big this week with some days being flat, the better days for surf are Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the bigger swells.

Good conditions for Canyoning, Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and coasteering this week on most days. Surf will be varied depending on the swell and wind conditions.
This weekend there will be Sam on a stag weekend based in Cardiff with us canyoning and also Mike from the roundtable also canyoning in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
