Again the rivers levels are looking good, they are actually on the low side at the moment with little rain fall, but rainfall coming in tonight would mean gorge walking, canyoning and gorge scrambling sites close to Cardiff, Swansea, Neath, Porthcawl will be working very well with enough water flow but not enough to adversely effect the safety of the event. As always water is cold so wrap up accordingly.

SWELL - The surf and swell is again varied through the week, generally we have a 3-5 foot swell but with varied winds which could mess up the conditions. Generally consistent swell but winds making conditions hard to predict, may be better to head to the sheltered beaches

Again varied surf conditions across the region. Varied winds and swells make unpredictable surf, the better days will be into next week when the wind settles and the swell increases especially on the incoming tides.
