Gorge Walking and Canyoning - Areas close to Cardiff, Swansea, South Wales and the Brecon Beacons will have substantial rainfall over the next few days and therefore will be running high, at the moment the conditions are perfect the rivers are flowing well and not flooding giving good conditions for Gorge Walking and Canyoning through out the South Wales area. Must watch the rainfall though as this may send the rivers into flood and therefore make the activity hazordous, so keep an eye on the rainfall.

Coasteering - Areas close to Cardiff and Swansea and South Wales YOU'VE GOT NO CHANCE!! Huge winds, Huge Swell, Huge Tides NO! NO! NO! Get your boards out and go surfing!

Surfing and Body Boarding - The best day will be Friday for all areas, the swell is good, the weather is good, the winds light, tides are Big and early mornings, the wind however through the week is Big and westerlies, and so is the swell, so protected areas should be better, so look to Coney Beach for the closest to Cardiff and Caswell and Langland close to Swansea.

Kayaking - Rivers are high so the rivers are flowing well close to Swansea and Cardiff and through out South Wales, again for the mosre competant, sea Kayaking is a No for the moment with the wind, Tide and Swell.
