You've got to look at the pictures on facebook, we had a scream on the weekend with Karen and the girls on a big hen party in Cardiff. They turned up to center bright and early at 9.00am which I had to negotiate for week after week and they did turn up quite well which I was surprised about to say the least.

We got dressed in our wonderfull wetsuits and the girls were well impressed with how they looked they took photo after photo just to show how impressive they looked. We then headed off for the beach and it was a beatuifull day, infact it was one of the best day we have had all year.

We loaded the beach with barells, wood, ropes, paddles and all the year and the girls set off making their rafts for thier first challenge of the day. with our rafts built we headed off to the open seas to challenge each other on the big raft event and after a great event the Goat team came first.

The next event was the swim relay, and the girls were now really getting competitive, cheering the girls on to ultimate victory for the goats again. then came the flags relay and this time karen and the snakes were victorius, but the main thing is the girls had get fun on an amazing day with fantastic weather.

The girls then got changed into their gladrags ready to head into Cardiff for their big hen party night out, but first we made the presentation to the Goats the victors of the day and worthy winners.
